Meet Our Founder: Michelle Fylling

Michelle Fylling has been a passionate force in the aesthetics industry since 2013, bringing a wealth of experience from her diverse background in spas and medical spas across Austin, Texas. Her unique journey into the world of beauty began while she was pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice in Arizona. Although initially focused on law enforcement, Michelle’s love for beauty and aesthetics quickly became her true calling.

After completing her degree and interning with the Scottsdale Police Department, life took a turn when her family relocated back to Austin—where her roots lie. It was here that Michelle rediscovered her passion for aesthetics and immersed herself in the field. Her journey is a testament to the transformative power of following one’s passion and the importance of embracing change.

Driven by the joy of watching others succeed, Michelle is dedicated to sharing her wealth of knowledge and experiences with aspiring aestheticians. Her uplifting spirit and vibrant personality shine through in everything she does.
